Chicken Karaage

If you haven't heard what this is called, you might know it as "Sesame chicken" over in the Western world... Despite it not having any sesame in it!!! That must boggle your mind, don't it?! Traditionally this is served piping hot with some lemon wedges (to drizzle the lemon juice over the pieces) and rice, although my mom figured out that Teriyaki sauce infused with ginger tastes pretty rad with it.

Lets get started! It's extremely simple and easy to make.

Margherita + Chicken Pesto Pizzas

During the last time I made pizzas, my family complained about there being no meat pie available. At their request, I created a pie with Chicken along with the traditional Margherita like usual. A huge recommendation for pizza making is either to have a pizza pan or pizza stone to bake them on. I used a pizza stone.

Unfortunately for myself and my boyfriend, the Margherita ended up being our so called 'fail pizza'. This was due to our unfamiliarity with the pizza stone I had just bought, and the pie getting stuck on the cutting board (despite being floured up).

Linguine with Turkey Meatballs & light Tomato sauce

I was shopping at my local Pavillion's looking to score some deals, and they had a sale on their Safeway-brand fresh Linguine. Intrigued, I bought 2 boxes and planned out to have a light dinner. I also picked up some ground turkey, bread crumbs, fresh organic basil and a box of diced yellow onions.

I created my own recipes today, so here's my try to list them out.

Korean Chicken Wings

For the past few weeks I've been in a crazy mood to make Korean chicken wings, but I haven't had the time for it until tonight. I got this recipe from A Beautiful Mosaic and did all of the measurements precisely according to her recipe, but I added a few additions of some crushed peanuts and sesame seeds to it.
