Celebrating New Years in Las Vegas

Remember to join my current giveaway!

I hope everyone had a wonderful New Years!

I go to Las Vegas a lot, mainly to visit my friend Jim, who some of you might recognize from the circle lens review for EOS Adult Grey. We did some secret stuff that won't be announced for a bit, but we also got to have some fun as well! I haven't been to Las Vegas during NYE since I've turned 21, so now I can do everything without restrictions! This post will definitely be photo heavy.

Alcoholic slushie bar at Luxor, where I stayed for the weekend. Tony, Jim and I all got drinks there for NYE :)
I tried to play some slot machines, since my mom gave me some money to try them! It's not my first time playing but that day I lost $60 :(
Tony is a sneaky paparazzi and took pictures of me while I was putting my makeup on LOL I liked the mirror a lot in the room!
A bad closeup of what my makeup looked like on NYE
Jim and I on the escalators on the way to the Excalibur hotel. We had to go there in order to go outside for the NYE festivities.
We made it just before the fireworks started!
More fireworks!

There was a lot of trash in Vegas from the festivities, including this mess of confetti on the way back to the Luxor.

On New Years Day we decided to eat at Dom DeMarco's Pizzeria in West Las Vegas. It's the sister restaurant of DiFara Pizza in Brooklyn, NY, where I got to eat at over the summer. Jim and I also did our secret project☆
We got 2 large pies for the 3 of us! It fed us for both lunch and dinner so it was definitely worth getting both :)
Despite all of that pizza, we also got a cannoli to share! It was really delicious as well.

We went back to Jim's house where I got ready for the "secret project", and I love the lighting in his room!

Closeup of my eye makeup

After Jim and I finished our project, we got back to the Luxor very late (around 4am) and Tony and I decided to play a bit of slots.
My very sleepy self being happy about my winnings! How much did I win?
$182! So not only did I win back the $60 that I lost, but I made more money from it :D

Thanks! I hope you have fun in Vegas, despite not being 21 :( Where are you staying at?

    @ Jim
I'm happy about it as well, since you knew how sad I was that day when I lost my money 8D I'm glad you have your money and ID since I think you wouldn't have had a good time without them 8D

    @ Yoyo
Definitely is fun being over 21! :) and thanks for your compliment! I didn't like how it came out at first so I blended it like crazy until it came out like that and was very happy with it then :D

  6. @ Lyn
You should go if you live close! I go a lot even though it's about 250 miles away from me~ Plus they are getting tons of great Japanese businesses popping up and I know they have a Japanese market with Japanese cosmetics and such :)

  7. I know, I really should, it's only 2 hours from me! Are a lot of the stores located on the strip or off?

  8. @ Lyn
They're pretty much all off the strip, but if you have a car then it should be no problem to access :) I think the majority of the shops and restaurants are in Chinatown.
